Which Material Can Be Best Used As Cooking Ware
Which material can be best used as cooking ware
The best cookware that can be used can be one of the following:
- silver (has the best conducting ability)
- stainless steel/aluminium pans (resistant to damage and is the cheapest)
- copper (has good conductivity)
While other metals also are good conductors, they usually are more expensive than what the common market could use. Some of these are reserved for top notch cooking restaurants but the most common ones almost always use stainless steel for cookwares/cooking utensils. This is because stainless steel is an alloy which has good conductivity, damage resistance, resistance to oxidation, and is very cheap. This combined factors make stainless steel or aluminium pans the best choice in the market. This is because this is a household necessity and thus, to uphold sales, people have to sell pots and pans at a very affordable price.
